worst service ever!

Not to mention that it was absolutely the most beautiful Sunday yet in Spring, when we decided to stop in for sandwiches. The events of our 3 hour affair went from bad to worse, starting with one menu for the whole restaurant, followed by ice tea in a plastic cup. They were supposedly out of the advertised brunch special that we attempted to order, however we found out that they in fact were not after they accidentally served it to us later. Then after an hour of waiting for sandwiches and salads (the excuse was because the produce 'is organic' (were they growing outside?)) we were missing one sandwich and the overwhelmed server took the already tasted 'sold out' salad from us. When we addressed the 'head huncho' about our service, he suggested that next time we stop in for a coffee on him. "Sorry" we said, "there will be no next time." Why were we the ones saying sorry?
