To whom it may concern, First off, "Thank You". Thank you for creating and maintaining this useful public service. I'm sure there are more than enough individuals out there, like me, that appreciate the assistance your staff provides. I've been using your website as a medium to access wireless internet hotspots for about three weeks now, and everytime i use it i appreciate it more and more. I've let all my friends with wireless laptops know about the site to help spread the word. I'm writing because i've found a new cafe in Los Angeles, CA at the intersection of Olympic Blvd and Sawtelle Blvd. The cafe is named Circles Cafe and their address is 11301 W. Olympic Blvd (Suite 107). They've been in business now for about 4 months. The cafe is family run and i, personally, wouldn't mind seeing them go farther with a stronger customer base. They provide excellent service, but more importantly, the passion to succeed. I've spoken with the owner "Ramon" and wanted to run this by him before emailed your agency. In the conversation he was a bit hesitant because of any associated "fees" to register with your company (i couldn't answer cause i don't know). That part is left up to your company policy. Very good coffee. They say it's Brazilian coffee. They also have pastries, sandwiches and hookah(which I've not yet had be bothersome). There is a little outdoor covered patio onto Westwood which can be a bit noisy. Indoor and out they play muted soccer games and generally have on world-beat clubish techno or something similar. There are power plugs in and out for anyone wanting to stay a while. Its a good alternative to being in Westwood village but it can be a bit noisy.

However, be warned - at about 2:15PM on weekdays, the middle school up the street gets out and the place is filled with kids using their 'outside voice' as the blenders drone into over drive whipping up gallons of Frozen child-obesity-inducing/ADD-Enhancing/Sugar-Rush frappuchinos.
